In addition to the space and exposure provided for the exhibit, exhibitor registration includes the following: Two attendees, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, acknowledgement in the program and website, and registration for conference sessions on Saturday, July 29.
Nonprofit $175.00
In addition to the space and exposure provided for the exhibit, exhibitor registration includes the following: One attendee, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, acknowledgement in the program and website, and registration for conference sessions on Saturday, July 29.
Additional attendees: $50.00 each
To ensure maximum engagement, FLCHE serves breakfast and lunch in the exhibit area and schedules "exhibit only" time.
Exhibits include a 6-foot table, tablecloth, identification sign, two chairs, Internet access, and logo in our conference program and on our website.
*Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to register for our pre-conference events on July 28! It is a great opportunity to meet and connect with our conference participants!
Advertise in our conference program!!
You do not have to be an exhibitor to advertise. An ad in our program is an excellent way to gain attention for your organization or product!
Conference programs will be distributed to all conference participants and FLCHE members, and available on our website.
Advertisers will also receive a size-equivalent ad in our 2023 September and 2024 March editions of our digital publication.
Ads must be in an image format (JPEG, PNG, or GIF) and emailed to contactus@flche.net by July 1.
