Exhibit at FLCHE’s 11th Annual Conference!

July 30–31, 2027 | Sarasota, Florida

Connect with educators who are passionate about bringing history to life!

The Florida Council for History Education (FLCHE) invites museums, historic sites, publishers, educational organizations, universities, cultural institutions, nonprofits, curriculum providers, and other organizations that support history and social studies education to exhibit at our 11th Annual Conference in Sarasota, Florida, July 30–31, 2027.

The FLCHE Annual Conference brings together classroom teachers, instructional leaders, historians, museum professionals, scholars, and community partners from across Florida who are committed to strengthening history education.

Our conference provides exhibitors with a unique opportunity to meet educators face-to-face, showcase resources and programs, develop relationships with teachers and decision-makers, and introduce attendees to products and experiences they can bring back to their classrooms and communities.

Why Exhibit at FLCHE?

FLCHE offers an intimate conference experience where exhibitors are an important part of the event—not simply an addition to it.

Exhibiting provides an opportunity to:

  • Showcase educational resources, programs, products, and services
  • Connect directly with Florida history and social studies educators
  • Build relationships with teachers, instructional leaders, and community partners
  • Provide hands-on opportunities for attendees to explore your materials
  • Share information about museums, historic sites, field trips, professional development, curriculum, and educational programs
  • Increase awareness of your organization among educators from across Florida
  • Attend conference sessions and engage with participants throughout the conference

From a previous FLCHE exhibitor:

“This conference is intimate—you take care of your exhibitors and participants; we feel loved and well fed!”

Who Should Exhibit?

We welcome organizations whose work connects with history, civics, social studies, education, culture, and the humanities, including:

Museums and historic sites • Educational publishers • Curriculum and technology providers • Historical societies • Archives and libraries • Universities and colleges • Cultural and humanities organizations • Government agencies • Nonprofit organizations • Teacher professional organizations • Educational travel and field experience providers • Community organizations

The 2027 conference will also explore ideas connected to the National History Day 2028 theme, Taking a Stand, making this an especially valuable opportunity for organizations with resources related to historical individuals, movements, civic participation, advocacy, conflict, reform, resistance, leadership, and change.

Exhibitors do not need to connect specifically to the annual theme. We encourage any organization with meaningful resources or opportunities for history and social studies educators to join us.

More Than an Exhibit Hall

We want our exhibitors to be part of the FLCHE conference community.

Throughout the conference, exhibitors have opportunities to talk with educators, learn about the needs of Florida classrooms, network with presenters and community partners, and participate in conference activities.

Exhibitors are also encouraged to join us for Sip and Scholarship, FLCHE’s conference networking event, on Friday evening. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet conference participants in a relaxed setting and begin building connections before the main conference day.

Join Us in Sarasota!
